My name is David W. Orr. I am a licensed Realtor® since 2004, in both Alabama and Georgia. I’m married with two sons and three grandchildren. Prior to entering the real estate profession, I worked in electronics and computer technologies for the government and business world.
I came to the Phenix City, AL/Columbus, GA area while serving as an electronics tech in the US Army. After experiencing the great weather and opportunities in this area, I didn’t want to leave! I’ve lived in several states east of the Mississippi, as well abroad in Italy and Israel; and for the last twenty plus years, I’ve lived in both Columbus and Phenix City. All of which provides me a unique perspective in locating the best properties for my clients.
In conjunction with my real estate career, I am active in multimedia/video production for
television commercials for my church and Rock Realty; the production of our Rock V-Tourssm (these are video tours of listed properties, complete with titles and a soundtrack. They are a free service that I provide to all my clients.); web site development and design for other real estate agents – in addition to my own site and Rock Realty Company.com
I’ve been blessed in having a varied background and training in electronics, computers, web design, programming, video & multimedia production, and even home construction. All of my training and skills help me to provide the best buying and selling experience for my customers and clients. By bringing all of my skills to bear on their particular situtation, I am most able to help them find their dream property.
